1. Who we are
TRADEN is responsible for the personal data processed through the app. Contact us through the Support page.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, password stored only as a secure hash); profile data you choose to add (username, display name, avatar, bio, country); content you create (journal trades, screenshots, posts, comments, messages, community activity); usage data (AI Coach usage counts); and technical data needed to run the service (session tokens, basic logs).
3. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, show your public content to other members, calculate your private analytics, enforce our rules, handle Premium and support requests, and improve TRADEN. We never sell your personal data.
4. What others can see
Your public profile (username, display name, photo, bio, country), published posts with their images and attached trade summaries, comments and follows are public and can be seen by anyone, including visitors who are not signed in. Community memberships are visible to signed-in members. Your journal, screenshots, private analytics and direct messages are private. Aggregate statistics appear on your profile only if you switch them on.
5. AI Coach
When you use the AI Coach, your messages are processed by an AI provider to produce an answer. If you opt in, only aggregate journal statistics are sent — never your notes or screenshots.
6. Service providers
We use hosting, database, storage, email and AI providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. Data may be processed outside Morocco.
7. Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except where the law requires us to keep records (for example payment confirmations). Under Moroccan Law 09-08 and other applicable laws you can request access, correction or deletion of your data through Support.
8. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and private storage. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.
9. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to this policy inside the app.
