1. About TRADEN
TRADEN is an educational and social platform for traders, operated from Morocco. By creating an account or using TRADEN you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secret and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.
3. No financial advice
All content on TRADEN — posts, shared trades, AI Coach answers, rankings and statistics — is for education and discussion only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. See the Risk disclaimer.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant TRADEN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the service. Your trade journal is private unless you choose to attach a trade to a post.
5. Acceptable use
Do not: sell signals, account management or 'guaranteed profit' schemes; post misleading performance claims; harass, threaten or spam others; share illegal, hateful or sexual content; collect other users' data; attempt to bypass security or usage limits. We may remove content and warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
6. Premium
Premium currently costs USD 20 for three calendar months and is activated manually after our team confirms your payment through our official WhatsApp number. Premium does not renew automatically. Refund requests are handled case by case through Support. Prices may change; changes never affect a period already paid.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TRADEN is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using TRADEN at any time and ask us to delete your account through Support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these Terms and will ask you to accept material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
